Great American Stock Car Shootout postponed to July 9 7/2/2008 - On Wednesday, July 2, the Southern Iowa Speedway in Oskaloosa, Iowa, was rolled in and ready to host the 13th Annual MUSCO Lighting Great American Stock Car Shootout, but Mother Nature intervened with rain and caused the event to be postponed. Action is still on as planned for Thursday, July 3, at the Cresco Speedway in Cresco, Iowa, for the 5th Annual Kabrick Distributing Great American Stock Car Challenge, while the event at Oskaloosa has been postponed to next Wednesday, July 9.
